Kenya, according to Ambassador Macharia, is concerned about the Russian Federation’s decision to recognize Ukraine’s Donetsk and Luhansk regions as independent republics.

He also accused powerful states of breaking international law, including Security Council members, and urged the Secretary General to rally members to preserve multilateralism.
