Moses Kuria Looking for a Female Running Mate with these Qualities

Moses Kuria, the Gatundu South MP, has invited female candidates seeking to be his running mate in the Kiambu Governorship election to submit their applications.

Kuria stated in a statement on Tuesday that he is searching for an assertive and professional woman to serve as his deputy.

“The successful candidate must possess a Masters Degree and a proven track record leading a complex organization with at least a 10-year work experience, five of which must be in a senior executive level,” the statement read.

It went on to say that the candidate should be self-motivated and driven. She must also live in Kiambu County.

Interested candidates must submit a written statement of interest and a thorough CV to kiambudg@altimaafrica.com by March 18.

The Chama Cha Kazi party leader announced his candidacy for the Kiambu Governorship on February 26, shortly after jetting back into the country from Dubai.

The MP will face off with Senator Kimani Wamatangi, former Kiambu Governors William Kabogo and Ferdinand Waititu, and sitting county boss James Nyoro.

Others seeking to unseat Nyoro include; Thika Town MP Patrick Wainaina alias “Jungle” and Kiambu County Assembly Speaker Stephen Ndichu.
