Sabina Asks Uhuru to Convene Meeting with Jubilee Members

Nominated MP Sabina Chege has asked retired President Uhuru Kenyatta to convene a meeting with Jubilee members and iron out internal matters.

The nominated legislator said her wing is not interested in fighting anyone but to ensure the party’s longevity.

Sabina noted that her camp is only opposed to the protests organized by the Azimio la Umoja One Kenya Alliance coalition party to which they belong.

“Our main aim is to ensure the party does not die. We failed in the Juja and Kiambaa by-elections in 2021 and got fewer positions in the 2022 elections. That is the trend we want to stem. We don’t want to continue losing,” she said.
