Ex-Nyatike MP Anyanga Accused of Shooting Reveler

Former Nyatike MP Edick Anyanga’s firearm has been seized by Migori Police.

This was after the former legislator was accused of shooting at a group of people in a night club.

According to a police report, the former MP confronted Justus Ochieng while he was on the campaign trail and accused him of opposing his political agenda.

Anyanga, who served as MP under the ODM party from 2012 to 2017, is attempting to unseat Tom Odege, the incumbent MP, in the upcoming general election, which is slated for August 9.
